How do I use Bathroom & Shower Cleaner in the Foaming Spray Bottle?Updated 6 hours ago
TL;DR: Bathroom & Shower Cleaner is not a concentrate. Pour it straight from the 1.8L bag-in-box into the Foaming Spray Bottle as it comes. No measuring, no diluting, no mixing. For a light clean, spray two foam lines in a criss-cross pattern across the surface. For heavy build-up, add two diagonal lines for a star pattern. Let the foam dwell, then wipe or rinse.

Is Bathroom & Shower Cleaner a concentrate?
No. Bathroom & Shower Cleaner is a ready-to-use formula. It ships in a 1.8L bag-in-box: a cardboard outer with a flexible bladder inside. Pour directly into Foaming Spray Bottle as it comes. Adding water dilutes the formula and reduces cleaning performance. Don't mix it with other products either, combining cleaners can deactivate ingredients or create unwanted reactions.
⚠ Ready-to-use, do not dilute
Pour straight into Foaming Spray Bottle. No water, no mixing with other products. The formula is designed to work at the concentration in the box.
How do I fill the Foaming Spray Bottle?
Open the spout on the bag-in-box and dispense directly into the Foaming Spray Bottle. Fill to just below the shoulder of the bottle, leaving a small air gap so the foamer mechanism can operate properly. Screw the foaming head back on firmly. Ready to spray. The 1.8L refill fills the foaming bottle roughly four times, which works out to around 3 months of weekly bathroom cleaning.
✓ Fill in 3 steps
Open the spout. Pull the spout on the 1.8L box forward. Unscrew the Foaming Spray Bottle head.
Pour directly. Fill to just below the shoulder of the bottle. Leave a small air gap for the foamer to work.
Screw head back on. Firmly. Close the spout on the box. Ready to spray.
How much should I spray?
Two foam lines in a criss-cross pattern (one horizontal, one vertical) across the surface is enough for light to moderate soap scum and bathroom grime. For heavy build-up, add two diagonal lines to create a star pattern. Don't drown the surface, more foam doesn't mean better clean, it just means more rinsing. Let the foam dwell for a few minutes so the formula can break down grime, then wipe with Ultra Pro Bathroom Mitt and rinse.
✓ Light to moderate clean
Two foam lines in a criss-cross pattern. One horizontal along the surface, one vertical. Dwell, wipe, rinse.
✓ Heavy build-up
Add two diagonal lines for a star pattern. More coverage, longer dwell (up to 10 minutes), then scrub with Ultra Pro Bathroom Mitt.
How long should the foam dwell?
A few minutes for weekly maintenance (2 to 3 minutes). Up to 5 minutes for moderate soap scum. Up to 10 minutes for heavy build-up or limescale. Longer dwell means the enzymes and surfactants have more time to break down grime, so you scrub less and get better results. Don't let the foam dry out fully, re-spray if needed. Rinse thoroughly with water after wiping.
