Bathroom & Shower Cleaner is formulated at a pH of around 8, which is mildly alkaline (just above neutral pH 7). That is deliberately gentle compared with traditional bathroom cleaners, which are often either strongly acidic (vinegar-based descalers, pH 2 to 3) or strongly alkaline (ammonia-based products, pH 11 to 13).
