How do I wash them?

For a quick clean, rinse the sponge under running water with a little Dishwashing Liquid, rub to remove soil, and rinse again. For a regular refresh, place sponges in a laundry or wash bag and machine wash on cold or delicate (max 30°C) with Sensitive Laundry Liquid or Sensitive Laundry Sheets. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
