How do I fix a blocked Atomiser Spray Bottle?Updated 11 days ago
TL;DR: On rare occasions Atomiser Spray Bottle can block due to the fine mist sprayer. Remove Atomiser Trigger Head and straw, flush under warm water by pulling the trigger for 30 seconds, reassemble, and it should work again.
How do I fix it?
✓ Flush it clear
Take Atomiser Trigger Head off the bottle, keeping the tube attached to the head.
Submerge the tube end under warm water and pull the trigger quickly to flush the system. Keep pumping for about 30 seconds.
Shake off excess water, twist the head back onto the bottle, and prime with 2 to 3 trigger pulls. Atomiser Spray Bottle should now work as normal.
Tip: rinse the pump with warm water every few refills to prevent buildup.
Why does it happen?
✓ Fine mist build-up
Atomiser Spray Bottle uses a fine mist nozzle for even coverage. On rare occasions, dried residue or tiny particles can build up and block the mechanism. Flushing with warm water clears it out and restores normal flow.
⚠ Still blocked?
If flushing doesn't fix it, Atomiser Trigger Head is available as a replacement part. Swap it out and your bottle is good as new.

Replacing the whole unit?
If your Atomiser Spray Bottle is past saving, grab a new one. The polyethylene bottle body is kerbside recyclable.
