What should I do and avoid for long pump life?
✓ Good habits
Rinse the nozzle weekly in warm water. Keep the bottle upright and the head locked when not in use or travelling. Regular care helps you reach the approximately 3,000 pumps the mechanism is rated for.
⚠ Avoid
Never use bleach, alcohol, vinegar concentrates, or strong solvents on the pump. These can damage internal components and shorten its lifespan. Warm water is all it needs.
What if the pump still isn't working?
Pump not dispensing?
Prime by pumping several times. Still stuck? Soak the nozzle in warm water for 5 minutes to dissolve residue, then re-prime. If it's leaking rather than blocked, check warranty or swap the head.
