How do I open Laundry Pump?Updated 14 hours ago
TL;DR: Laundry Pump ships locked from the factory. Hold the white reservoir, then twist the pump head anti-clockwise while turning the reservoir clockwise to break the seal. The pump head will rise. Press it down a few times to prime, then it's ready to dispense.

How do I open Laundry Pump?
Hold the reservoir. Grip the white plastic reservoir firmly with one hand.
Twist opposite ways. Turn the pump head anti-clockwise while turning the white reservoir clockwise. The head will rise.
Stuck? Tug up. If the head spins endlessly, keep twisting and give it a small upward tug to break the factory air-seal.
How do I prime Laundry Pump for first use?
✓ Prime in 4 to 6 presses
Once the pump head is raised, press it down firmly several times. The first few pumps will be dry while the dispenser draws liquid up the tube. Liquid will start flowing within 4 to 6 presses. After that, each press dispenses 4 mL.
⚠ If it still won't open
Try a firmer upward pull while twisting anti-clockwise. Make sure you're twisting the pump head, not the entire lid or bottle. If the pump is open but not dispensing, keep pressing to fully prime it.
