Twist off the trigger head by turning anti-clockwise; press down as you twist if it's stiff. Fill to the line from your Universal Cleaner bag-in-box. The fill line sits about 1 cm below the shoulder, exactly 300 mL. Add 2 to 3 drops of Koh essential oil if you like. Avoid citrus or other brands; they can damage the pump. Twist the head back on firmly. Prime the pump by pulling the trigger 2 to 3 times until it dispenses a steady spray.

Atomiser has three modes. Half-press the trigger for a quick spritz on small spots and handprints. Full-press for a longer spray on benchtops and glass. Hold and pump for continuous aerosol-like mist across larger surfaces; it will keep spraying for about 1 to 2 seconds after your final pull. A weighted ball at the end of the internal tube means Atomiser sprays from any angle, even upside down.

Atomiser Spray Bottle is designed exclusively for Universal Cleaner. Other Koh products and third-party cleaners can damage the pump mechanism. The bottle body is polyethylene, which is widely kerbside recyclable. The pump mechanism uses polypropylene and a stainless steel spring, which is a mixed-material component and isn't typically recyclable in standard household recycling bins.

Two methods work for a stuck Atomiser head. Freeze method: pop the bottle in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes; the cold contracts the plastic and helps loosen the lid. Warm water method: run the lid under warm (not hot) water for 60 to 90 seconds; the slight expansion can free up any stubborn air-seal that's formed. If neither works, contact our team.

Twist off the trigger head and soak it in warm water for a few minutes. Reattach and pump the trigger 12 or more times to flush it through. This usually resolves it straight away. Rinse the pump with warm water every few refills to prevent buildup. If the spray weakens over time, it's often essential oil residue building up in the nozzle. A warm water soak handles this too.
