TL;DR: Wash cool-to-warm (≤ 40° C) with mild detergent, no fabric softener; line-dry or tumble low. Keep colours separate and avoid high heat.

Wash cycle

Temperature: 30 - 40° C (cool or warm).
Detergent: Sensitive Laundry Liquid. No bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. They coat the loops and kill absorbency.
Spin: Normal to gentle; the dense weave handles standard spins well.

Drying

Preferred: Line-dry in a shaded, airy spot.
Optional: Tumble-dry on low heat. High heat can shrink fibres and flatten the loop pile.
No ironing: 🚫

Colour care

Wash dark cloths separately at least for the first few cycles. Minor dye bleed is normal for deep-tone microfibre.
When using with Eco Laundry Bag, don’t over-stuff; loops need room to agitate clean.

Quick refresh between deep washes

Rinse the cloth in warm water after use.
Gently wring (no twisting) to expel grime-laden water.
Hang by the edge binding so air flows through the loops.

Storage

Store completely dry in a cool cupboard. Damp storage encourages odour-causing bacteria despite the cloth’s silver treatment.
