1. Twist off the head by turning anti-clockwise. If it’s stiff, press down firmly on the top as you twist.
2. Fill to the line from your Universal Cleaner pouch or bag-in-box. The line sits about 1 cm below the shoulder-exactly 300 mL capacity.
3. Add 2-3 drops of essential oil if desired-stick to Koh oils and avoid citrus or other brands to keep your warranty intact.
4. Prime the pump by pulling the trigger vigorously 2-3 times. Half-press for a quick spritz, full-press for a longer spray, or hold and pump repeatedly for continuous mist (it will keep spraying ~1-2 sec after your final pull).

🔥 Hot tip: If the head feels stuck, try one of these simple temperature tricks:

• Freeze it: Pop the bottle in the freezer for 5-10 min. The cold contracts the plastic and can help loosen the lid.
• Warm it: Run the lid under warm (not hot) water for 60-90 sec. The slight expansion can free up stubborn air-seals that can form.

📝 Note: If your Atomiser still clogs, twist off the head and soak it in warm water for a minute, then pump the trigger 12+ times to flush it through.
