Unlock in three easy moves:

1. Stabilise the bottle. Hold the neck of the bottle with one hand for leverage.
2. Grip the collar. With your other hand, grab the wider ring just below the pump head.
3. Spin & lift. Turn the pump head anti-clockwise while gently pulling it upward.
   📝 Tip: If the head seems to spin endlessly, keep twisting and give it a bit of an upward tug. This breaks the factory air-seal and “pops” the head into the open position.
