Unlock in three easy moves:

1. Stabilise Dish Pump. Hold the neck of the bottle with one hand for leverage.
2. Grip the collar. With your other hand, grab the wider ring just below the pump head.
3. Twist & lift. Turn the pump head anti-clockwise while gently pulling it upward.
   📝 Tip: If the pump head seems to spin without popping up, remove the pump head from the bottle. Hold the white reservoir firmly with one hand. Grip the pump head and turn it anti-clockwise while twisting the white reservoir clockwise.The head should rise and stay in the up position, ready to dispense. New pumps can feel tight the first time. A small wiggle while lifting usually does the trick.

Once the head is released, press down a few times to prime the pump and you’re ready to dispense.
