Yes. Koh Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner is built for baked-on, caked-on grease across roasting pans, oven trays, BBQs, baking trays, stovetops, rangehoods, and pots and pans. Method: fill a Foaming Spray Bottle with Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner, spray foam directly onto the surface for full coverage, let it sit 15 minutes for normal grease (up to 30 minutes for heavy buildup), scrub with a Dish Sponge, Swedish Dishcloth, Scrubby Pad, Diamond Sponge, or Dish Brush, rinse thoroughly with hot water. For dishes and cookware, always rinse before next use because Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner is not food-grade.

What if the grease isn't shifting?

For burnt-on layers that don't shift on the first try: extend the soak (up to 30 minutes, or apply foam in the evening and leave overnight on really stubborn surfaces like an oven door). Apply more product so the surface stays wet, dry foam stops working. Step up the abrasive: from a sponge or cloth to a Scrubby Pad to a Diamond Sponge for the worst burnt-on layers.
