How do I use it on stainless steel?
✓ The streak-free method
Spray Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner onto the stainless steel surface.
Wipe with a soft Swedish Dishcloth in the direction of the grain (the fine lines in the steel).
Rinse the surface with clean water.
Buff dry with a clean, dry cloth to finish streak-free.
✓ Why the grain matters
Stainless steel has a directional grain. Wiping with the grain lifts grease and marks cleanly. Wiping across or against it can trap residue in the grooves and leave streaks or a hazy finish.
What tools should I use or avoid?
✓ Safe to use
Soft cloths like Swedish Dishcloths or a non-abrasive Dish Sponges are ideal. For heavier grease buildup, Scrubby Pads are safe on stainless when used with light pressure and with the grain.
⚠ Avoid on polished stainless
Skip Diamond Sponges and steel wool on polished or brushed stainless. They can leave fine scratches on the finish. Test in an inconspicuous spot if you're unsure.
