How do I remove Spray Mop Bottle from Spray Mop?Updated 4 days ago
TL;DR: Spray Mop Bottle can fit snugly in the holster, especially with a new unit. Lay the mop flat, hold the green holster steady, and twist the bottle back and forth while pulling outward to release it.
How to remove the bottle
Lay the mop flat on a stable surface. A table works well. This gives you better control than trying to remove the bottle while the mop is upright.
Hold the green holster firmly with one hand. The holster is the section where Spray Mop Bottle clips in.
Grip the bottle with your other hand and twist it back and forth while pulling outward. The twisting motion helps break the seal and pop the bottle free.
If it's still stuck, use a spoon or similar flat tool to gently lever the bottle away from the holster at the connection point. Apply steady, even pressure. Don't force it.

⚠ Still stuck?
If the bottle won't release after trying the steps above, contact our team. Send a short video showing the issue and we'll assess whether a replacement Spray Mop Bottle or Spray Mop is needed.
✓ Snug is normal
The holster is designed to grip the bottle firmly so it doesn't rattle during use. New units may feel tighter at first. The fit eases slightly over time.
