What replacement parts we offer

If your Foaming Spray Bottle isn’t foaming or the mechanism isn’t working correctly, we can help with:

• Replacement foaming spray head – includes the trigger head, foaming mechanism, and internal components.
• Replacement tube + weighted end – this is attached to every foaming spray head we send.

Individual internal pieces (such as inserts or the tube alone) aren’t available separately, but the full replacement head comes with everything needed to get you foaming again.

How to request a replacement

To help us sort this quickly, contact our Koh-mmunity Support Team with:

• Your order number (if you purchased directly from Koh)
• A photo or short description of the issue

If your Foaming Spray Bottle was purchased from a retail partner and you don’t have proof of purchase, we can still help guide you, but warranty replacements require a receipt.
