Both pumps dispense about 4 mL per press. For dishes, a press or two is usually plenty for a sink, so pump a little at a time. For laundry, use 6 pumps, about 24 mL, for a normal load, or 10 pumps, about 40 mL, for large or heavily soiled loads.

The enzymes in Sensitive Laundry Liquid can break down protein fibres, so wool and other untreated protein fibres need a different cleaner. Wash those by hand with a wool and silk specific detergent instead.
