How do I unlock it?

Remove the pump head from the bottle.
Hold the bottle firmly with one hand.
Grip the pump head and twist the two parts apart in opposite directions. If the head spins without lifting, keep twisting and give it a firm upward pull. Follow the video for the exact motion.
How do I prime it on first use?

Once the pump head is raised, press down a few times until liquid begins dispensing. The first few pumps may be dry while the dispenser draws product up the tube.
⚠ If it still won't open
Try a firmer upward pull while twisting. Make sure you're twisting the pump head, not the whole bottle. If the pump is open but not dispensing, keep pressing to fully prime it.
