The one you used at koh.com checkout. The page matches it to your order.
✓ Any order number
It starts with eko and is on your order confirmation email. Any of your orders is fine, not just the one the mop came in.
✓ That is it
No batch number, photos or address. You order the part yourself, so your delivery address is whatever you enter at checkout.
Do I need to work out if I am within warranty?

Fix it without replacing the whole unit. Grab the exact part you need from the spare parts collection. Bottle, plate, top, and bottom are all available as direct-swap spares.
✓ Bottle warping or sucking in?
If your bottle is warping or sucking in, replace the Spray Mop Bottom. It is the correct replacement part for the bottle holster. If you need help, start on the Spray Mop warranty page.
What can I fix without a replacement?
Mop hard to push or streaking?
Reduce trigger pulls. Rotate to a fresh dry pad. Switch to a lighter pad if needed.
Bottle stuck or warping?
Replace the Spray Mop Bottom, the correct replacement part for the bottle holster. Leaking? Go straight to the warranty page.
Plate fell off the pole?
Soak the plate in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes, then click the pole back in.
Direct-swap spare for the mop base. Slots into your existing pole without any tools.
