TL;DR: Make sure your delivery address is current in your account, then share the batch number from the underside of the mop base and clear photos or short video of the issue. We'll troubleshoot first to keep waste down. Within 12 months, start a warranty claim. If your Spray Mop is out of warranty, grab the exact spare part you need.

Before we replace anything, we'll guide you through quick fixes to isolate the faulty part. To help us move fast, please have these three things ready when you reach out.
✓ Delivery address
Make sure your current delivery address is up to date in your account before you start the claim.
✓ Batch number
Found on the underside of the mop base, usually upper-right, with two small clock-face dials.
✓ Photos or video
Show the fault clearly. Leaks, trigger not spraying, loose parts. A short video is ideal so we can see exactly what's happening.
Am I within warranty or do I need spare parts?

Start a claim via the warranty portal. Spray Mop comes with a 12-month warranty from purchase date. Have these ready before you start.
✓ Outside warranty?
Fix it without replacing the whole unit. Grab the exact part you need from the spare parts collection. Bottle, plate, top, and bottom are all available as direct-swap spares.
✓ Need a silicone cap?
The silicone cap inside the bottle holster isn't listed online. If yours is dislodged or missing (a common cause of bottle removal trouble or leaks), reach out to our team and we can organise a Silicone Cap Repair Kit to be sent out.
What can I fix without a replacement?
Mop hard to push or streaking?
Reduce trigger pulls. Rotate to a fresh dry pad. Switch to a lighter pad if needed.
Bottle stuck or leaking?
Check the silicone cap inside the holster. Reposition with tweezers if dislodged.
Plate fell off the pole?
Soak the plate in warm water for 2 to 3 minutes, then click the pole back in.
Direct-swap spare for the mop base. Slots into your existing pole without any tools.
Direct-swap spare for the solution tank. 500 ml capacity, snaps into the holster.
