What are Universal Cloths made from?
Both Universal Cloths and Glass Cloths are made from the same 84% polyester and 16% polyamide microfibre blend. The polyester provides strength and scrubbing power; the polyamide adds softness and water absorbency. Together they lift dirt and grime without harsh chemicals or scratching surfaces.
The blend
84% polyester gives the cloth structure and durability, so it holds shape through thousands of washes. 16% polyamide gives the fibres their grip and absorbency, so they trap dirt and water rather than push it around. The split-fibre weave creates millions of tiny hooks that physically grab onto grime, which is why microfibre cleans effectively with just water on most surfaces.
What's the GSM difference between Universal Cloths and Glass Cloths?
Universal Cloths are 420 GSM (grams per square metre) for thicker, plusher cleaning power across benches, tiles, and sinks. Glass Cloths are 300 GSM with a tighter weave that glides smoothly over glass and mirrors for a streak-free finish. Same microfibre blend, different weight for different jobs.

Blue Universal Cloths: 420 GSM
Thicker and plusher. More fibres per square metre means more absorbency and more scrubbing surface. Built for benches, tiles, sinks, taps, stovetops, and general surface work.

Up to 3,000 washes
The durable polyester and polyamide blend is what makes every cloth in the Universal Cloths range last up to 3,000 washes. Years of use from a single pack.
