What happened to Universal Dish Spray? And what should I use now?Updated 10 days ago
TL;DR: Universal Dish Spray has been discontinued. It has been replaced by two specialised products: Dishwashing Liquid for everyday sink washing, and Kitchen Grease & Oil Cleaner for heavy grease and foaming action. Both are dish safe. Rinse after use.
What replaced it
Your everyday in-sink detergent. Thicker and more concentrated than Dish Spray. Designed for sink washing and dish brushes. Creates suds (not foam) that cut through grime and last longer. Enzyme-powered for smarter cleaning.
The foaming heavy hitter. Feels the most like the old Dish Spray. Packed with extra lipase plus protease and amylase for serious grease-busting. Works on dishes, cookware, and kitchen surfaces. Use in a Foaming Spray Bottle for best results. Rinse dishes after use.
Which one for which job
Washing dishes in the sink. Filling up your dish brush. Everyday sink scrub. A sink full of suds for soaking.
Extra greasy pots and pans. Degreasing the stovetop, rangehood, or oven. Foaming spray action on dishes. Baked-on grime on baking trays and BBQ grates.
Why we made the change
Customers asked for a more powerful product for everyday dishwashing and a deeper degreaser with foaming power. Instead of trying to do both in one product, we built two specialised formulas that each do their job better than Dish Spray ever did.

Soak, don't scrub
Koh Dishwashing Liquid is enzyme-powered. Fill the sink, soak your dishes, and let the formula lift grease and food soils for you.
