Why isn't my Koh spray bottle working?Updated 5 hours ago
TL;DR: Start by clearing the nozzle and checking you are using a compatible fill. If the issue persists, contact support with a video and photos and we will arrange a replacement.
Step 1: Identify your bottle
Green trigger. Produces foam. No weighted ball on tube.
Translucent white trigger. Fine mist. Weighted ball on tube for 360 degree spray.
Translucent green bottle. Clips into the Spray Mop holster. Twist to remove.
Step 2: Clear the nozzle
A blocked nozzle is the most common cause of dribbling or weak spray. Try this first.
- Remove the bottle head and rinse the trigger head under warm running water.
- Pump clean water through several times until the spray is clear and consistent.
- Reattach and test.
If the trigger feels stiff or output is still uneven after clearing, the mechanism may be faulty. Skip to Step 4.
Step 3: Check your fill
Not all Koh products are compatible with the Foaming Spray Bottle. Using the wrong product can block or damage the mechanism.

Universal Laundry Liquid
Discontinued. Replaced by Sensitive Laundry Liquid, dispensed via the Laundry Pump or Laundry Dosing Cup only.
Not compatible with Foaming Spray Bottle
Universal Dish Spray
Discontinued. Replaced by Dishwashing Liquid, dispensed via the Dish Pump and paired with Swedish Dishcloths.

Step 4: Still not working?
If the bottle is relatively new and the issue persists, it may be a fault. Contact our support team with:
- A short video showing the issue (dribbling, no output, weak spray)
- A photo of the bottle and trigger
