Why won’t Mop Pad adhere to Spray Mop Plate?Updated 3 hours ago
TL;DR: If your Spray Mop pad isn't sticking, press it firmly onto the mop head and slide it back and forth to engage the hook-and-loop surface. Both surfaces need to be clean and completely dry. New pads sometimes need extra pressure on the first attach.

How do I get the pad to stick?
Clean and dry both surfaces. The Spray Mop Plate and the pad backing must be free of lint, dust, and moisture before you attempt to attach.
Press firmly. Place the Mop Pad against the underside of the Spray Mop Plate and apply even pressure across the whole surface.
Slide back and forth. While pressing, move the pad in short back-and-forth motions to help the hooks grip into the pad fibres and lock.
What if the pad still won't stick?
⚠ Check for debris
Lint, dust, or debris trapped in the hook-and-loop surface will prevent a proper grip. Shake or lightly brush the pad backing and the Spray Mop Plate to clear it.
⚠ Damp pad won't grip
Recently washed pads need to be bone dry before reattaching. Damp fibres are heavier and don't lock into the hooks properly. Air-dry flat between uses.
⚠ Pad is worn out
If the hook-and-loop side looks flat, fluffed-out, or matted, the pad has reached the end of its usable life. Replace with fresh Everyday Mop Pads or Deep Clean Mop Pads.

Dark green pads. For daily and weekly cleans. Premium microfibre, machine washable up to 40 degrees Celsius.

Light green pads. For deep cleans and spring cleans. More grip lifts ground-in dirt and works through stubborn residue.
