For business orders, expense claims, and GST records, you can edit your tax invoice details directly on the Koh order status page. Open the order confirmation email and click the View order or order status link, you'll see an option to edit invoice details. From there you can update fields like business name, ABN, and billing address as they appear on the tax invoice. The updated tax invoice is generated and available to download immediately. The original order record stays the same, only the tax invoice reflects your updated details, which is exactly what you need for accounting purposes. If you need the order itself to reflect different billing details (not just the tax invoice), the cleanest path is to cancel within 60 minutes of placing the order, then reorder with the correct details. Use the order status flow on the Koh Help Centre to request the cancellation, the flow handles cancellation requests within the 60-minute window directly. After 60 minutes, the order is locked into fulfilment and can't be cancelled, you'd need to either accept it as-is, or wait for it to arrive and use the 30-day money-back guarantee. For most customers, editing the tax invoice on the order status page (above) is the better path, the invoice is what matters for accounting, the order record itself is just internal data.
