What pump works with Koh Hand Wash and Body Wash?Updated 14 minutes ago
TL;DR: Sensitive Hand Wash and Sensitive Body Wash are decanted into a standard press pump. The dedicated Hand Wash Pump and Body Wash Pump are the right fit, holding 350 ml and dispensing 2 ml per press. Foaming pumps, the Koh Foaming Spray Bottle and other Koh pumps are not compatible.
Which pump do I need?
Both bottles hold 350 ml and dispense 2 ml per press. The dedicated pumps are built for the personal care bottle format, and each one is rated for around 3,000 pumps.
Using your own bottle? Check it is a press-to-dispense style rather than foaming, and that the dip tube reaches the bottom of a 350 ml bottle.
Will my existing pump work?

Foaming hand pumps need a thin, watery liquid to aerate. Hand Wash and Body Wash are richer formulas and will not dispense properly through a foaming mechanism.
Koh Foaming Spray Bottle is a trigger spray tool for cleaning products. It is not a hand pump and it is not designed for personal care use.
Koh Laundry Pump and Koh Dish Pump are built for a different bottle shape and size. The dip tube length and the neck will not fit a 350 ml personal care bottle.
How do I refill and prime the pump?
Refills come straight from the 1.5 L bag-in-box. No dilution, no measuring.
Open the tap on the bag-in-box. Sit the box on the edge of a bench so the tap clears the surface.
Hold the bottle steady and fill to just below the neck. Leaving a little headroom stops the pump head pushing product out when you screw it back on.
Twist the collar beneath the nozzle to unlock. New pumps arrive locked so they do not leak in transit.
Press several full pumps until product flows. A new or freshly refilled bottle needs priming before the first proper dose.
