TL;DR: Sensitive Hand Wash and Sensitive Body Wash are each septic compatible when used as directed. Both are formulated without sulfates, SLS, soap, triclosan and EDTA. Greywater reuse on a garden is a separate question and depends on your soil, your plants and your council.

⚠ Three rules that make the claim accurate
Use only as directed. One pump, wash, rinse.
Never pour undiluted product into a septic or greywater system. If you need to dispose of leftover product, dilute it with plenty of running water first.
Avoid excessive use. More product doesn't clean better, and the compatibility claim covers normal use.
Can I reuse greywater from these products on my garden?
Greywater reuse is decided by your site, not by the product alone. Three factors do the deciding.
1. Your soil type
Soils differ in how they drain and how they hold what passes through them. Heavy clay and free-draining sand behave very differently with repeated greywater.
2. What you're watering
Ornamental beds and lawns are treated differently from edible crops. Rules for anything you plan to eat are stricter, and in many areas greywater on edible plants is limited or not permitted at all.
3. Your council and your system
Greywater diversion is regulated locally, and the rules depend on the type of system you have installed. Your council sets what is allowed at your address.

Start with your local council, then your greywater system's own guidelines. If the two differ, follow the council.
Sort those three out before you divert greywater anywhere, whichever wash you're using.
