Can children and babies use Sensitive Body Wash?
Children's skin is thinner and more reactive than adult skin, and it varies a lot from child to child. Two kids in the same bath can respond differently to the same wash, so no wash gets a blanket answer for every child.

Sensitive Body Wash is built around mild cleansers, it leaves out the ingredients most commonly linked with skin sensitivity, and it sits at pH 5.5. What makes Sensitive Body Wash gentler on young skin?
Fragrance is the single most common trigger for reactive skin, so it's left out completely. So are colours and dyes, parabens, SLS, soap, sulfates, phthalates, silicones, mineral oil, triclosan, EDTA and lanolin. Hydrolysed jojoba esters and glycerine leave skin feeling soft after a wash, and the formula is naturally derived, 88.58% per ISO 16128.
The pH matters as much as the ingredient list. At pH 5.5 the wash matches healthy skin, so bath time doesn't strip the skin's natural moisture barrier. Plenty of conventional body washes sit closer to pH 9 to 10.
One thing parents notice straight away is the lather. It's softer and creamier than a sulfate wash, and that's the mild cleansers doing their job. Foam volume isn't a measure of how well a wash cleans.
How should children use Sensitive Body Wash?
Bath time with Sensitive Body Wash, step by step
Wet the skin first, in the bath or under the shower.
One or two pumps onto your hand or a soft cloth is plenty for a child.
Work it over the body, taking care around the eyes.
Rinse thoroughly. Leftover wash sitting on the skin is what tends to cause dryness.
Pat dry rather than rubbing, then moisturise while the skin is still slightly damp.
⚠ Patch test first if your child's skin reacts easily
Skin varies from child to child, so a patch test is a sensible first step for a reactive little one. Put a small amount on the inside of the forearm, rinse it off, and leave it 24 hours. If you see redness or itching, stop using it and have a chat with your GP or pharmacist.
