🚫 Cancellations & Other Changes:
We get it, sometimes you click before your coffee kicks in. For most Aussie orders, you have a 30-minute window after checkout to submit your own cancellation via this submit a cancellation link. ⏱️✨. After that, your order moves into our highly automated pick-and-pack system, and there’s no way to pause or cancel it.
✅ Address Modifications (First 30 Minutes):
If you need to update your shipping address, you have a 30-minute window from the time your order is placed to make changes, this can only be completed if you have an account and you log in to your order to make this change. After this, we are unable to modify the shipping details, as your order moves directly into processing.
What If My Address Needs Changing After 30 Minutes?
You can update your address directly via your AusPost account once your tracking number is generated. Here’s how:
- When you receive your tracking email from Australia Post, select the “Manage Delivery” option.
- If you don’t have an AusPost account, you can easily create one using the email address from your order.
- Alternatively, download the AusPost app to receive real-time tracking updates and delivery options.
📝 Note: To redirect your parcel through AusPost, the address it is currently being sent to, the one you want to change, must still be listed in your AusPost account. If the parcel is sent to the wrong address and can’t be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we’ll process a refund once received.
