Starter Kits are sold as fixed bundles. Each kit is pre-packed to give you the best value and balance of products, so we’re unable to remove or substitute individual items.

Need an alternative?

If a particular product in the kit isn’t useful for you, e.g., you don’t have a dishwasher, you have two options:

1. Gift or share the item with a friend, family member, or neighbour.
2. Return the entire kit for a refund (or exchange for a different bundle) within our standard returns window.
   • The kit must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Pre-packed kits keep prices sharp by streamlining fulfilment.
• Swapping individual items increases packing errors and carbon footprint.
• Fixed bundles ensure every customer gets the full “starter” experience.
