Can I update the email address on my account?Updated 21 days ago

For privacy, security, and data hygiene reasons, we’re unable to update the email address linked to an existing account. If you can’t access your account anymore and would like it deleted, we’ll need a few details to verify ownership before we can assist:

✅ Full email address on the account

✅ Postcode of your last delivery

✅ First and last name on the account

If you’re unable to verify these details your account and any associated information will remain on file in line with our Privacy Policy and will be automatically removed after the required retention period. If your account has been dormant for a while, it will also follow this standard data deletion process.

You can create a new one with your updated email. This ensures we keep your personal information secure while giving you a fresh clean start! 🧽🫧
