Synthetic fibres don't take up water the way cotton does, so sweat and body oils sit on the surface and bond to the fabric. Sensitive Laundry Liquid works on that with enzymes: protease on the sweat proteins, lipase on the body oils. How do I wash sportswear with it?
Washing steps
Turn garments inside out so the sweaty side meets the wash water directly.
Dose to the load size. A normal 3 to 6 kg load takes 24 mL, which is 6 full pumps of the Laundry Pump.
Wash on your normal cycle, cold or warm. Hot water can knock the enzymes about and set sweat marks in.
Hang dry where you can. Dryer heat shortens the life of synthetic fabrics and the elastic in them.

Give the drum room. Activewear needs water moving through it to rinse out properly, and an overpacked machine can't do that.
Don't overdose. Too much product leaves residue sitting in synthetic fibres, which makes the smell worse over time rather than better.
Add a rinse if a smell lingers. An extra rinse cycle shifts what a single rinse left behind.
For a load that's been sitting in a gym bag, pre-soak in a bucket with a small amount of Sensitive Laundry Liquid for 30 minutes, then machine wash as normal.
What about visible marks and stains?
