How it works
- Download the AusPost app or go to the MyPost website and create a free account.
- Select a Parcel Locker location that’s convenient for you, and save its unique address. Your locker address must include your name, your 10-digit APCN (Australia Post Customer Number), and the locker’s street address.
- At checkout on koh.com, enter that locker address as your shipping address.
- Once your parcel arrives at the locker, you’ll get a notification via SMS or email with an access code to open the locker. You’ll usually have ~2 business days to collect it.
Size & item limits
- Parcel Lockers accept parcels up to 16kg in weight.
- Max dimensions roughly 39 × 36 × 64 cm.
- Items that are letters, standard mail (which fit into a mailbox), or require a signature or proof of age may not be eligible.
Good to know
- Parcel Lockers are free, secure, and open 24/7.
- If you miss the pickup window (usually ~2 business days), the parcel may be moved to a local Post Office for you to collect.
