I've forgotten my password

Koh accounts are passwordless, so there's no password to forget. To sign in, go to koh.com/a/account/login, enter the email address or phone number on your account, and we'll send you a one-time code. Enter the code on the sign-in screen and you're in. Codes are valid for a few minutes and can only be used once. If you don't receive the code, check your spam or promotions folder, or request a new one.

Open koh.com/a/account/login and enter the email address or phone number on your account.

Check your inbox or messages for the code

We send a one-time numeric code to that email or phone within a few seconds. Codes are valid for a few minutes and can only be used once.

Enter the code, and you're in

Type the code into the sign-in screen. You'll be taken straight to your account, no password required.

My sign-in code isn't arriving, what now?

If your one-time sign-in code isn't arriving, the most common reasons are: it's landed in your spam or promotions folder, you entered a different email or phone number to the one on your account, your phone has poor signal, or there's a brief delivery delay (try waiting up to 5 minutes). Request a new code from the sign-in page if needed, that will invalidate any earlier code. If you've tried both email and phone and still aren't receiving anything, contact our team with the contact details on your account and we'll help.

A few things to check:

  • Spam or promotions folder, codes occasionally land there on first sign-in
  • Right email or phone number? The code goes to whichever contact is on your account
  • Wait a couple of minutes, SMS especially can take a moment in poor signal areas
  • Request a new code from the sign-in page if needed, the new one will replace any earlier code

Why doesn't Koh use passwords anymore?

Koh moved to passwordless sign-in to make accounts more secure and easier to use. Passwords are the weakest link in most account security: people reuse them across sites, they get exposed in third-party data breaches, and they're easy targets for phishing. One-time codes solve all of that. There's no stored credential to steal, codes expire within minutes, and they only work once. Each sign-in confirms you have access to the verified email or phone on your account, which is harder for an attacker to fake than guessing or stealing a password.

If the email or phone number on your Koh account has changed and you can no longer sign in, contact our team with both your old contact details and your new ones. We'll verify it's your account and update the contact details so you can sign in again. For security, we don't update account details based on a single message, we may ask follow-up questions to confirm it's you, like an order number or recent delivery address.
