Sensitive Hand Wash is formulated at pH 5.5, the same as healthy skin. That's deliberately gentler than many conventional hand washes, which sit closer to pH 9-10 (alkaline) and can strip the skin's natural moisture barrier. Shelf life is 12 months unopened from date of manufacture when stored sealed, cool, and out of direct sunlight. Period after opening is 6 months (ongoing testing to extend this). Made in Australia.
