Is Sensitive Hand Wash safe for children and babies?

Sensitive Hand Wash is suitable for children aged 3 and over under adult supervision. The formula is free from sulfates, synthetic fragrance, parabens, dyes and other common irritants. It has not been specifically tested for baby or infant use. For infants, consult your paediatrician before use. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.

What makes Sensitive Hand Wash gentle enough for kids?

Sensitive Hand Wash is formulated without sulfates, synthetic fragrance, parabens, dyes, silicones, phthalates, triclosan, mineral oil, soap and lanolin. It is pH 5.5, matching healthy skin. It is HRIPT dermatologically tested and recognised by the Eczema Association of Australasia. These properties make it suitable for frequent use on sensitive or reactive skin, including that of older children.

The formula leaves out the ingredients most commonly associated with skin irritation and keeps the pH at 5.5, which matches healthy skin and avoids stripping the skin barrier on repeated washing.
