We highly recommend downloading the AusPost app if you haven’t already, it’s super handy! The app will send you delivery notifications and status updates so you never miss an update due to spam filters. You can also update your delivery address or redirect your parcel to a Parcel Locker directly through the app.

That said, you can also track your delivery by heading straight to the Australia Post website.

Checking your tracking number directly on the AusPost site can sometimes reveal extra information, like additional article numbers under the same consignment. This often explains why one part of an order has arrived while another hasn’t.

You might notice a small dropdown arrow next to the tracking number, clicking it may reveal multiple articles being shipped under the one consignment. This clears up most “missing item” questions.
