How can I update my card or payment details?Updated a day ago

TL;DR: Koh does not store or manage your payment card details, so we cannot update them for you. Update them directly with your payment provider. If you have a Subscribe & Save subscription, you can also update your payment method directly in the subscription portal.

Who stores your card information?

Your payment details are securely stored by the payment provider you selected at checkout. Koh never sees or stores your full payment information.

Can Koh update my card for me?

No. For your privacy and security, we never see or store your full payment information and cannot make any changes on your behalf. Only your payment provider can update your card details. Still unsure which provider you used? Check your order confirmation email.

How to update with each provider

1

Apple Pay: Open Apple Wallet, tap the three dots on your card, and update the card info in settings.

2

Google Wallet: Visit pay.google.com to manage your cards.

3

PayPal: Log in at paypal.com and go to Wallet.

4

Shop Pay: Head to shop.app to access and manage your info.

Have a Subscribe & Save subscription?

You can update your subscription payment method directly in the subscription portal. Log in, go to your subscription settings, and update the payment method from there.
