How long will my order take?Updated 18 days ago

Standard warehouse processing times are 1 - 2 business days. However, during major sales events, there may be a few extra days of delay as our warehouse team works to pack your order.

We ship from the warehouse closest to you to minimise delivery times.  The actual time frame depends on your location and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping (Australia Post eParcel)

• Metro (Capital Cities): 2 - 5 business days
• Regional Areas: 3 - 8 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 16 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express)

• Metro (Capital Cities): 1 - 2 business days
• Regional Areas: 2 - 5 business days
• Remote Areas: Up to 5 business days

If your order is large or heavy, the items may be sent in separate boxes. Rest assured, if your order arrives missing anything, the remaining items are on their way and have not been forgotten. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery of these items.

We’ll email shipping details to you once your order has been despatched, so you can keep track of your delivery via Australia Post.

We highly recommend that you download the AusPost app (if you haven't already), it is super handy. 

This will send you notifications and status updates, so you won’t miss any emails due to your pesky spam filter. You can also track your order, update your delivery address, or redirect it to a parcel locker.
