TL;DR: All orders are processed in 1–2 business days before dispatch. Express shipping to metro areas then takes 1–2 business days via Australia Post. Standard shipping to metro takes 2–5 business days. Regional and remote areas take longer — see the full breakdown below.
Processing time
Before your order leaves our warehouse, it needs to be picked and packed. This takes 1–2 business days for all orders, regardless of shipping method. During major sales events, this may extend by a few extra days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Express shipping (Australia Post Express)
- Metro (capital cities): 1–2 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: up to 5 business days after dispatch
Standard shipping (Australia Post eParcel)
- Metro (capital cities): 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 3–8 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas: up to 16 business days after dispatch
Tracking your order
Your tracking number is included in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use it to follow your parcel via Australia Post.
We also recommend downloading the AusPost app — it sends push notifications for delivery updates, lets you redirect to a different address, or a parcel locker. Useful if tracking emails are landing in spam.

Order arriving in more than one box?
Large or heavy orders may be split across multiple parcels. If an item appears missing, it's likely in a separate shipment on the way. Allow up to 10 business days for all parcels in a split shipment to arrive before contacting support.
