How long will my order take to be delivered?Updated 18 days ago

TL;DR: Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. During major sales events, there may be a few extra days of delay while our warehouse team packs orders.

We ship from the warehouse closest to you to minimise delivery times. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and chosen shipping method.


Standard Shipping (Australia Post eParcel)

  • Metro (capital cities): 2-5 business days
  • Regional areas: 3-8 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 16 business days

Express Shipping (Australia Post Express)

  • Metro (capital cities): 1-2 business days
  • Regional areas: 2-5 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 5 business days

If your order arrives in more than one box

If your order is large or heavy, items may be sent in separate boxes. If something looks missing, the remaining items are likely on the way. Please allow up to 10 business days for all parcels in a split shipment to arrive.


Tracking your delivery

We’ll email your tracking details once your order has been despatched, so you can follow your delivery via Australia Post.

We also recommend downloading the AusPost app. It’s handy for notifications and status updates (and helps avoid missed emails if a tracking update lands in spam). You can also track your parcel, update your delivery address, or redirect it to a parcel locker.
