How do I use Sensitive Body Wash?
One pump is enough
Hands, a sponge or a cloth all work. The lather is soft rather than dense, and that's by design.
Wet your body in the shower.
Press the pump once onto your hand, a sponge or a cloth. That's 2ml.
Lather and massage over your body, giving a little more attention to the areas that need it.
Rinse well with water and pat dry. Follow with a moisturiser to keep skin feeling soft, which helps most in colder months.
How do I fill the pump bottle from the bag-in-box?
Fill from the bag-in-box using the Quick-Flow Tap
Unscrew and remove the pump head from the bottle.
Line the black piece on the tap up with the flat sides of the opening, then twist slowly until you feel a soft resistance and stop there. It's a tactile stop rather than a click, so don't twist past it.
Open the tap only partway and hold the bottle steady underneath. Watch the level from the side and stop well before the shoulder.
Close the tap, screw the pump head back on, twist to unlock, then press a few times to prime it.
⚠ The flow is faster than you expect
At full open the tap moves quickly and it's hard to control. Opening it partway gives you far more control. Fill over the sink for the first couple of refills.
How long does a box last?
Around three months

Shelf life on an unopened box. Store it somewhere dry and indoors.
