TL;DR: In the shower, press one pump of Sensitive Body Wash onto wet hands, a sponge or a cloth, lather over your body, rinse well and pat dry. One pump is 2 ml. To refill, unscrew the pump head, hold the bottle steady underneath the Quick-Flow Tap on the refill box and turn the tap anticlockwise to start the flow. Turn it clockwise until it locks to close it.
How do I use Sensitive Body Wash?
One pump is enough
Hands, a sponge or a cloth all work. The lather is soft rather than dense, and that's by design.
Wet your body in the shower.
Press the pump once onto your hand, a sponge or a cloth. That's 2 ml.
Lather and massage over your body, giving a little more attention to the areas that need it.
Rinse well with water and pat dry. Follow with a moisturiser to keep skin feeling soft, which helps most in colder months.
How do I fill the pump bottle from the refill box?
Fill from the refill box using the Quick-Flow Tap
Unscrew and remove the pump head from the bottle.
Hold the bottle steady underneath the tap, lined up with the arrow pointing down.
Turn the tap anticlockwise to start the flow. Start with a small turn. The further you open it, the faster the flow. Watch the level from the side and fill to about 2 cm below the neck.
Turn the tap clockwise until you feel it lock into place, screw the pump head back on, twist to unlock, then press a few times to prime it.
⚠ The flow is faster than you expect
At full open the tap moves quickly and it's hard to control. Opening it partway gives you far more control. Fill over the sink for the first couple of refills.
How long does a box last?
Around three months
That's typical use for up to a family of three from one refill box, filling the pump bottle as it runs low.
12 months unopened
Shelf life on an unopened box. Store it somewhere dry and indoors.
Six months once opened
Once the box is open, use it within six months.
