TL;DR: Wet your hands, press one pump of Sensitive Hand Wash onto your palm, lather over your palms, fingers, nails and cuticles, then rinse well. To fill the pump bottle, unscrew the pump head, line the tap up, twist gently until you feel a soft resistance, and fill slowly with the bottle held to the side.
How do I use Sensitive Hand Wash?
One pump is all you need
The lather is soft rather than dense, and that's by design. A second pump won't clean better.
Wet your hands with water first.
Press the pump once onto your palm. That's 2ml.
Lather by massaging over your palms, between your fingers and around your nails and cuticles.
Rinse well with water and pat dry.
How do I fill the pump bottle from the bag-in-box?
Take it slowly the first time
The tap is a twist mechanism and the flow is quick. The bottle is opaque, so watch the level from the side as it fills.
Unscrew and remove the pump head from the bottle.
Line the black piece on the tap up with the flat sides of the opening. Twist slowly until you feel a soft resistance, then stop. That's the open position. There's no click, just a tactile stop, so don't twist past it.
Hold the bottle steady underneath and open the tap only partway. Watch the level from the side and stop well before the shoulder of the bottle.
Twist the tap back to close, screw the pump head on, twist to unlock, then press a few times to prime it.
⚠ The flow is faster than you expect
At full open the tap moves quickly and it's hard to control. Opening it partway gives you far more control and saves a wipe-down. Fill over the sink for the first couple of refills.
