I didn't receive my Gift VoucherUpdated 10 days ago

Gift Vouchers are digital eGift Cards, not physical items. If your order is eligible, the voucher is automatically emailed to the customer, usually around 1 hour after the order is placed.

This short delay is intentional. We hold orders for an hour before sending them through so customers can make any quick edits or changes if needed.

If you haven’t received it after that time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
