Do I need to sign for my parcel?Updated 12 hours ago
TL;DR: Yes. Koh orders ship with signature on delivery by default. If you won't be home, you can request Safe Drop or redirect to an Australia Post Parcel Locker via the AusPost app. Koh can't take responsibility for missing parcels once Safe Drop is selected.
Why does Koh require a signature on delivery?
Signature on delivery means Australia Post will only release your parcel once someone at the address has signed for it. It's the most secure default, and it protects against the most common cause of lost parcels: porch theft.
If nobody's home when the driver arrives, a digital notification will be sent by them and hold the parcel at the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.
What if I won't be home for delivery?
✓ Option 1: Safe Drop
Authorise the driver to leave the parcel in a safe location (back porch, behind a planter, etc.) without a signature.
⚠ Trade-off
Once you select Safe Drop, Koh can't take responsibility for the parcel if it goes missing after delivery.
✓ Option 2: Parcel Locker
Redirect the parcel to a Parcel Locker at a nearby Australia Post outlet. Collect it at your convenience using the code AusPost sends you.
✓ No trade-off
Parcel stays with AusPost until you collect it. Most secure option if you're not home.
How do I set up Safe Drop or a Parcel Locker?
Both options are set up through the Australia Post app, free on iOS and Android. Once your order has shipped and you have a tracking number (in the dispatch email), open the AusPost app, find your delivery, and choose Safe Drop or a Parcel Locker redirect.

Order status flow, AusPost app, and the multi-article dropdown trick that solves most "part of my order missing" questions.
