Koh Perks is Koh's free customer loyalty program. Members earn points on every order placed at koh.com, plus extra points for actions like leaving reviews, referring friends, and birthdays. Points convert to credit on future orders, redeemed at checkout. The program also has tiers based on rolling 12-month spend: cross a spend threshold and your account auto-promotes to the next tier with additional benefits. Membership is free and opt-in, you join when you're ready and can leave anytime.

Koh Perks is for regular Koh customers. If you order at koh.com (one-off or via Subscribe & Save), you'll earn points on every purchase and accumulate credit toward future orders. The program is consumer-only: Koh Pro (B2B) accounts aren't eligible for Koh Perks on the same email, since Pro already has trade pricing built into its account terms. If you're both a Pro customer and a personal shopper, sign up to Koh Perks with a different personal email.

To join Koh Perks, sign in to your Koh account (or create one if you don't have one yet), then head to koh.com/pages/koh-perks and click Join & Agree. Membership is free and opt-in, you choose when to join, what marketing you want, and you can leave or update your preferences anytime. Once enrolled, your Koh Perks dashboard appears in your account, showing your points balance, tier, ways to earn, and available rewards.
