How does the Koh Perks refer a friend program work?

Koh Perks members get a unique referral link they can share with friends. When a friend places their first Koh order through the link, the friend gets $20 off automatically at checkout. Once their order is placed, 200 Koh Perks points are added to the referrer's account. The referrer keeps the points permanently as part of their loyalty balance. Both sides need an active Koh Perks account, the referrer needs one to generate the link, and the friend needs one to receive the discount.

Sign in to your Koh account at koh.com/a/account/login, open the Koh Perks page (from the top nav on desktop or the hamburger menu on mobile), and scroll to the Refer a Friend section. Copy your unique referral link and share it with your friend by message, email, or however you prefer. When they place their first Koh order through the link, the $20 discount applies automatically at checkout and the 200 points are credited to your account.

Send it however you like, message, email, social. They click the link, the $20 discount applies at their checkout, and your 200 points credit once they order.

My friend ordered but I haven't received my points, what now?

Koh Perks points can take up to 48 hours to appear after your friend's order. If 48 hours have passed and you still haven't received 200 points, check that your friend used your specific referral link at checkout (not a generic link or another discount code), and that they placed their order on a new Koh Perks account, the $20 discount only applies to first-time customers. If everything looks right, contact our team with your account email and your friend's order number.

A couple of common reasons referral points don't credit:

  • Less than 48 hours since their order, give it a bit more time
  • Wrong link, they need to use your specific Refer a Friend link (not a generic code)
  • Not a first-time customer, the $20 only applies to new Koh Perks accounts
