TL;DR: Dose to washer size and soil level. Small load: half sheet or 16 mL (4 pumps). Normal: 1 sheet or 24 mL (6 pumps). Large or heavy: 2 sheets or 40 mL (10 pumps). Measure Sensitive Laundry Liquid with the Laundry Pump or Laundry Dosing Cup. Place Sensitive Laundry Sheets in the drum, not the drawer.
How to measure Sensitive Laundry Liquid
Each full pump dispenses 4 mL. Pour Sensitive Laundry Liquid from the bag-in-box into the pump bottle. Pump directly into the detergent compartment or into the Dosing Cup.
Fill to the 24 mL marker for a normal load, or the 40 mL marker for a large or heavily soiled load. Heat-proof silicone, safe if it ends up in the dryer. Can go in the wash to clean itself.
Sensitive Laundry Liquid doses
Small load
16 mL (4 pumps). Use for a small or lightly soiled load. Start here and adjust only if needed.
Normal load
24 mL (6 pumps). Recommended for a normal load in most 5 to 8 kg machines. Fill the Dosing Cup to the 24 mL marker.
Large or heavily soiled
40 mL (10 pumps). For large or very dirty loads in 7 to 12 kg machines. Fill the Dosing Cup to the 40 mL marker.
Hand wash
16 mL (4 pumps) in 5 litres of water. Rinse well after washing.
Sensitive Laundry Sheets doses
Small load
Half a sheet. Sensitive Laundry Sheets are perforated for easy splitting. Place in the drum before adding clothes.
Normal load
1 sheet. Standard dose for a normal load in 5 to 8 kg machines. Place in the drum before adding clothes.
Large or heavily soiled
2 sheets. For large or very dirty loads in 7 to 12 kg machines. Avoid overdosing in small drums.
Hand wash
Half a sheet dissolved in 5 litres of warm water. Rinse well.

2 to 4 kg compact
5 to 7 kg small to medium
8 to 10 kg large
11 kg+ extra large
Good to know
One full pump of Sensitive Laundry Liquid = 4 mL. The Laundry Dosing Cup has marked lines at 24 mL (normal) and 40 mL (large) on the inside. Pre-treat heavy spots with Stain Remover instead of increasing the dose for the whole load.
Sheets placement
Always place Sensitive Laundry Sheets in the drum first, before adding clothes. Do not place them in the detergent drawer.
