Dose to the load. Under 3 kg, use 16 mL (4 pumps) of Sensitive Laundry Liquid or half a Sensitive Laundry Sheet. For 3 to 10 kg of everyday washing, use 24 mL (6 pumps) or 1 sheet. For a full drum of heavily soiled clothes, or over 10 kg, use 40 mL (10 pumps) or 2 sheets.

Use Laundry Pump or Laundry Dosing Cup. Each full pump of Laundry Pump dispenses 4 mL, so a normal load is 6 pumps. Laundry Dosing Cup has lines at 24 mL and 40 mL on the inside, and it's heat-proof silicone, so it survives the dryer if it ends up in a load.

In the drum, before you add clothes, and never in the detergent drawer. Sensitive Laundry Sheets need direct contact with water and tumbling clothes to dissolve and spread evenly. They're perforated, so half a sheet tears off cleanly for a small load.

Dose to the weight of the load, not the size of the machine. A half-full 10 kg machine holds about 5 kg, which is a normal load: 24 mL (6 pumps) or 1 sheet. In an 8 to 10 kg machine, only use the large dose for a genuinely full, heavily soiled load.
