How do I use Stain Remover on a mark?
✓ Four steps, and the first one matters most
Treat it fresh. A mark caught the same day comes out far more easily than one that's dried in, so this is the step that does the heavy lifting.
Then: decant Stain Remover into a foaming bottle, spray it straight onto the mark, leave it 5 to 10 minutes, and wash as normal with Sensitive Laundry Liquid. A box of Stain Remover runs 4 to 6 months in an average home.
What should I keep in mind before treating a stain?
⚠ Worth two minutes before you start
Follow the garment care label, and spot test on a hidden area first. The label wins over anything on this page.
Don't leave Stain Remover on fabric longer than directed. Longer isn't better.
Wool, silk and other untreated protein fibres want a cleaner made for them, so use a wool or silk wash on those garments.
Use Koh products together where it helps, but never mix them with another brand. Bleach especially.
Results shift with the fabric, how old the mark is and the water temperature, so a stain that's been through the dryer may not come all the way out.

For pre-treating a mark
Stain Remover Starter Kit pairs Stain Remover with a Foaming Spray Bottle, which is what puts it exactly where the mark is.

For the wash itself
Sensitive Laundry Starter Kit pairs Sensitive Laundry Liquid with the Laundry Pump, so counting 6 pumps for a normal load takes a second.
