⚠ Pro and Perks can't share an email

Koh Pro is our B2B program with its own pricing and terms. Koh Perks is our consumer loyalty program. The two are kept separate, so a Koh Pro account on a given email can't also be enrolled in Koh Perks.

⚠ Pro orders don't earn or redeem Perks points

You can't earn Perks points on Koh Pro orders, and Koh Perks vouchers don't apply to Pro orders. Pro orders already have B2B pricing applied separately.

✓ Use a personal email for Perks

If you're a Koh Pro account holder but also shop personally with Koh, sign up to Koh Perks using a different personal email (the one you use for your personal orders, not your Koh Pro account).

Perks then applies to your personal orders only, your Koh Pro account stays on B2B pricing for trade and business purchases. Clean separation, no overlap.

Perks is a consumer loyalty program rewarding personal shoppers with points and vouchers tied to retail pricing. Combining them would stack B2B pricing with consumer loyalty rewards, which isn't how either program is designed to work. Keeping them on separate emails keeps each account clean.
