How long do Koh Perks points take to show up after a purchase?
✓ Up to 48 hours is normal
Points are credited once your order has been processed and confirmed in our system. The 48-hour window covers payment confirmation and the system sync between your order and your loyalty dashboard.
✓ Check your dashboard for the update
Once they're credited, points appear in Point History in your Koh Perks dashboard with the order they're linked to.
My points still haven't shown up after 48 hours, what now?
A few quick things to check first:
- Were you signed in at checkout? Guest checkouts don't earn points
- Email match? The email on the order needs to match your Koh Perks account email
- Order processed? Points credit once the order moves out of pending
If everything looks right and 48 hours have passed, send us your order number and account email and we'll credit the points manually.
