Koh Perks points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Inactivity means no points earned and no points redeemed across your whole account during that period. As long as you place an order, leave a review, refer a friend, or redeem a reward at least once every 12 months, your balance stays active and nothing expires. If your account goes 12 months without any activity, the points are removed from your balance and logged as a reversal in your activity history.
